Job summary

Spotlight Ltd in Mackay is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive outstanding customer service. You will coordinate the full employee lifecycle, build a strong team, and deliver sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive catalogue launches, maintain visual standards, manage stock, and ensure KPI targets are met while upholding brand values across the Spotlight Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience preferred.
• Time management & multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity setup experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your store.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
