Spotlight Retail Group in Australia is seeking an experienced retail leader to manage a high-volume store, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service across the team.

You will lead visual merchandising, stock control, and catalogue campaigns while maintaining store standards and profitability. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proactive owner mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking.
• Visual merchandising and store standards experience.
• Physically capable to handle high stock volumes.
• Owner's mindset for your store.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• First Aid certification or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full employee life cycle.

• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
