Job summary

Savers Store Manager Designate role offering a path to store leadership across Savers locations. You will drive high standards, deliver excellent customer service, and oversee sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves traveling between stores and working full-time shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. We offer a generous benefits package, including substantial holiday entitlement, enhanced sick and parental leave, and access to wellbeing and discount

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
