Job summary

Savers in Regents Park is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to support a high‑volume production team responsible for sorting and preparing stock for stores. You’ll drive daily output, monitor performance, and help maintain safety and quality standards on the production floor.

You will report to the Production Manager and have the opportunity to grow into a Production Manager role, developing hands-on leadership skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, QSR hospitality, production, warehousing, logistics or similar environments.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A practical, work-on-the-floor leadership style.
• A focus on productivity, quality and team performance.
• A willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
• Have a LF forklift license.

Assistant Production Manager Regents Park

About the Role

This isn’t a typical supervisor role. As an Assistant Production Manager at Regents Park, you will support the Production Manager in leading a large team responsible for sorting, processing and preparing stock for the retail stores. You’ll play a hands‑on role in driving daily output, supporting team performance and maintaining strong operational standards - while building the capability to step into a Production Manager role over time. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will:

• Support the leadership of a high-volume production team
• Help drive daily output, productivity and workflow across the production floor
• Monitor team performance and support adjustments to meet targets
• Maintain quality standards and consistency of processed stock
• Support safe work practices and ensure processes are followed
• Step into leadership of the production floor when required

What Your Day Might Look Like

You’ll spend most of your time on the production floor, working alongside your team and supporting delivery of daily targets. You might:

• Coordinate workflow to ensure production targets are met
