The opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll have the autonomy and accountability to lead your store as your own business. You'll bring together people, customer experience and commercial performance to create a store that customers love visiting and team members are proud to be part of.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Driving sales, profitability and key performance indicators through effective planning, commercial awareness and a hands‑on leadership approach.
• Creating a positive, high‑energy team culture where people feel supported, engaged and motivated to succeed.
• Overseeing day‑to‑day store operations, including stock management, inventory control, visual merchandising and compliance.
• Executing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to maximise commercial results and customer engagement.
• Coaching and developing future leaders, building capability and creating opportunities for your team to grow.
• Maintaining high standards across the store while bringing fresh ideas, initiative and a genuine passion for retail.
