Job summary

Savers is recruiting for a Store Manager Designate to join the team. You will lead store standards, ensure audits and customer service excellence, and have opportunities to support neighbouring stores when needed.

The role is full-time (39 hours) with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £35,350 per annum, plus a generous bonus scheme, and up to 33 days holiday. Driving between stores is required, and you can email [e-mail] to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores.
• Driving license or ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards and audit processes while delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.
