About the Role

This isn’t a typical retail supervisor role. As an Assistant Retail Manager at Oxford St, you will support the Retail Manager in leading the Retail Operations team, playing a key role in delivering sales performance, team capability and customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be a hands‑on leader, stepping in to lead the floor, coach the team and drive results day-to-day, while building the capability to step into broader leadership roles over time. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will:

• Support the leadership of a large front-end team in a high-volume environment
• Drive sales through strong floor execution, merchandising and stock flow
• Take ownership of key areas of daily trading and team performance
• Step into leadership of the store in the absence of the Retail or Store Manager
• Coach and develop team members to lift service, productivity and standards
• Contribute to a high‑performing, fast-paced and accountable team culture

What Your Day Might Look Like
