Job summary

Savers is hiring a Sales Assistant in Perth to join our fast-paced retail team. This part-time role offers 12 hours per week with potential to take on more, spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will be the face of Savers, delivering great customer service, helping shoppers find what they need, and upholding store standards that keep our customers coming back. We value teamwork, flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly and proactive in helping shoppers.
• Willing to work across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in fast-paced retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection to boost sales.
• Maintain store standards and presentation to reflect Savers branding.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns politely.
• Engage with the local community to build store loyalty.
