Job summary

Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory in Coffs Harbour, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead the chocolate shop within the Big Banana Fun Park. The role requires managing day-to-day operations, stock control, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a busy retail environment.

You will oversee cash handling, merchandising, and training of a small team while maintaining high standards in presentation and safety.

Qualifications

Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational and inventory management abilities.
Availability to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Manage daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
Handle cash management, banking, reconciliations and end-of-day balancing.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, stock ordering and stock rotation.
Receive and process incoming stock deliveries.
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Train, supervise and support team members.
Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed.
Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
Work closely with management to achieve sales and operational goals.
