Job summary

Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory in Coffs Harbour, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead the chocolate shop within the Big Banana Fun Park. The role requires managing day-to-day operations, stock control, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a busy retail environment.

You will oversee cash handling, merchandising, and training of a small team while maintaining high standards in presentation and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience.

• Availability to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

We have renovated an abandon flour mill in Junee and created a licorice and chocolate factory that is now a known tourism facility within the Riverina.
