City Beach Australia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to inspire, coach, and drive store success. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensuring excellent customer experiences and achievement of KPI targets across sales, compliance, and operations.

Role focuses on people development, stock and wage management, and creating a safe, compliant workplace. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in retail performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a customer service–focused management role.
• Background in fast-paced retail, FMCG, or hospitality (highly regarded).
• Proven track record in driving sales and achieving operational targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Hands-on, energetic approach to coaching and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer-centric, development-focused culture delivering outstanding experiences.
• Lead the store team to meet KPIs and goals across Sales, People, Compliance, VM, Wages, and Safety.
• Oversee daily operations: leadership, stock control, loss prevention, and promotions.
• Manage wages to support profitability, efficiency, and service standards.
• Analyse performance and feedback to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Coach, train, and develop team members for growth and performance.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent for an engaged high-performing team.
• Ensure a safe, compliant workplace meeting WHS and policy requirements.
• Lead retail initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Promote continuous learning and development for future leaders.
