Job summary

City Beach in Robina is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the store leadership team, oversee daily operations and lead the store team with strong product knowledge and a focus on exceptional customer service.

You will open and close the store, manage stock movements to reduce shrinkage, coordinate promotions, and contribute to achieving sales, people, and visual merchandising targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-service management role.
• Experience with the operational supervision of a store is highly desirable.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask for multiple customers.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce customer centric culture and provide a superior customer experience.
• Ensure stores are open and ready to be shopped.
• Manage stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales.
• Maintain shopfloor presentation and assist with promotions.
• Lead shifts, including opening/closing, cash handling and security.
• Provide feedback, training and support to team; report to leadership.
• Assist with executing store tasks in line with expectations.
