Job summary

City Beach in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our Chermside store. You will coach a high-performing team, drive sales, and champion a customer-first culture.

You will oversee daily operations, manage wages, ensure visual merchandising, and meet KPIs across Sales, People, Compliance and Safety while fostering a positive, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service-focused management role.
• Background in fast-paced retail, FMCG, or hospitality (highly regarded).
• Proven track record in driving sales and achieving operational targets.

• Hands-on, energetic approach to coaching and store operations.
