Job summary

BCF Rockhampton is hiring a Store Manager to lead the launch and operation of our brand-new Superstore. You will build, inspire and develop a 30+ strong outdoor enthusiast team while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role offers a dynamic, outdoor-focused culture with relocation options, a flexible weekend schedule, and opportunities for recognition and career growth within Super Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail team in store operations.
• Track record in delivering top-tier customer service.
• Experience training and developing a team to perform at high levels.

• Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and basic financial reporting.

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
