Job summary

BCF Rockhampton is opening a brand-new store under the Super Retail Group umbrella. As Store Manager you will lead a team of 30+ outdoor enthusiasts, drive sales, and ensure seamless store operations with a focus on customer service and team engagement.

You will be responsible for training, merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and basic financial reporting, while maintaining a culture of inclusion and high performance. Relocation support and flexible weekends are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Management experience and ability to lead by example.
• Strong customer service focus and staff motivation.
• Experience in training, coaching and developing a 30+ person team.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and basic financial reporting.

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
