Job summary

BCF Roma, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a 10+ strong team at a high‑performing store. You will coach, develop and motivate colleagues, drive sales, and maintain a strong safety culture in a dynamic retail environment.

As an Assistant Store Manager, your key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management / leadership experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
