Super Retail Group’s BCF Noarlunga is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a 30+ strong team and drive an outstanding customer experience in our new Macpac store-in-store concept.

You'll support the Store Manager, role-model service, and oversee training, floor sales, stock control, safety and store security. Join a brand with 750+ stores across AUS/NZ and grow with our culture.

Qualifications

• Retail management or leadership experience.

BCF Noarlunga is coming, and it's bringing a first for Australia.

Our newest store will feature an innovative Macpac store-in-store concept, creating a unique destination for outdoor lovers unlike anything we've seen before.

We're looking for two Assistant Store Managers from a big box retail environment who thrive on leading large teams, building engagement, championing safety and celebrating success. You'll play a key role in bringing together a team of 30+, leading from the front in a hands‑on role, supporting your team on the floor, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As an Assistant Store Manager, your key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
