Job summary

BCF Crossroads is seeking hands-on leaders to join our high-performing team in Sydney. As an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager to maximise sales, run store operations smoothly, and foster a welcoming, active workplace.

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, your key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management / leadership experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
