Job summary

BCF Crossroads, part of Super Retail Group, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly with a focus on safety and visual merchandising.
