PPG is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Taubmans Trade Centre in Wetherill Park, NSW, Australia. This hands-on leadership role oversees store operations, coaches a busy team, supports customers on trade and retail fronts, and drives sales growth.

You'll manage inventory, uphold safety and presentation standards, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow profitability while delivering outstanding service and a positive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail or trade environments.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven coaching and people development skills.
• Commercially minded with a results-driven approach.
• Strong organisational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and lead from the front.
• Forklift licence is preferred.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee store operations, support your team, build customer relationships and drive commercial performance.

You'll spend time on the shop floor coaching team members, supporting customers, managing inventory and identifying opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer loyalty.
