Job summary

PPG's Taubmans Trade Centre in Wetherill Park seeks a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach the team on the shop floor and deliver outstanding customer experiences across trade and retail customers.

You will drive sales growth, manage inventory, uphold safety and presentation standards, and identify opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, trade, hardware or customer-facing environments.
• Able to coach and develop people and build customer relationships.
• Commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
• Forklift licence considered a plus.

This is an opportunity to join a global market leader while leading a busy, customer-focused store that services both trade and retail customers.

What's the opportunity?

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee store operations, support your team, build customer relationships and drive commercial performance.

You’ll spend time on the shop floor coaching team members, supporting customers, managing inventory and identifying opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer loyalty.

Paint industry experience is helpful, but not essential. We'll provide product training and support to help you succeed.
