PPG Industries is seeking a Store Manager for the Taubmans Trade Centre in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will lead an established team, coach staff, and focus on delivering outstanding service to both trade and retail customers.

You’ll develop people, build customer relationships, drive store performance and contribute to a positive culture with opportunities for leadership growth within the PPG network.

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Taubmans Trade Centre in Wetherill Park.

With a strong customer base, an experienced team and the backing of a global market leader, you'll be stepping into a store that's already set up for success.

The Setup

You’ll be supported by:

• A highly capable Assistant Store Manager

• Three experienced Sales Assistants

• Loyal trade and retail customers

• A supportive NSW leadership team and store network

Trading Hours

• Monday to Saturday trading

• Closed Sundays

What you’ll be doing

This isn’t a leadership role from behind a desk.

You’ll be on the shop floor supporting customers, coaching your team and helping the store deliver great results every day.

You’ll:

• Lead, support and develop your team

• Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers

• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities

• Maintain high standards across customer service, safety and presentation

• Manage inventory and day-to-day store operations

Paint experience is great, but it's not essential.
