FoodWorks Orange is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in Orange, NSW. The role involves inventory control, budgeting, and implementing sales strategies to drive profitability, while maintaining excellent customer service and team performance.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in a busy retail environment, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum

Role: Full time

Location: Orange, NSW 2800

Main Duties:

• Plan and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage inventory, including purchasing, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue, and expense management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets and profitability.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance sales and brand visibility.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Build relationships with local suppliers, community members, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle feedback effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.
