Cash Converters Beenleigh is seeking a reliable, hands‑on and motivated Store Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy retail and pawnbroking store. This role is ideal for an experienced manager who enjoys leading teams, driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive, accountable workplace culture. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting strong store performance, meeting agreed targets, managing daily operations and ensuring customers receive professional, respectful and helpful service at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

Lead, coach and support team members to achieve strong sales, customer service and operational outcomes.

Manage daily store operations, including sales activity, stock presentation, cash handling, customer transactions and store workflows.

Drive performance against budgets, KPIs and agreed targets.

Support effective retail and pawnbroking practices, including product assessment, pricing, stock control and customer communication.

Maintain a clean, safe, well‑presented and commercially focused store environment.

Manage customer enquiries, complaints and escalations in a professional and solutions‑focused manner.
