Cash Converters is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Craigieburn store in a full-time role. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, uphold safety and presentation standards, and maximise profitability across product categories. A customer-focused mindset and hands-on leadership are essential.

About the Role

• Assist with day-to-day store operations: Oversee sales, merchandising, stock management and operational priorities to maintain a seamless customer journey;
• Support the leadership of a retail Store: Inspire and develop your team to deliver personalised, premium customer experiences that exceed expectations;
• Maintain operational excellence: Ensure compliance, safety and presentation standards are consistently upheld throughout the store
• Drive store performance: Help achieve sales targets, maximise profitability and identify opportunities to grow business results across a variety of product categories;
• Champion excellence in every detail: Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring every customer interaction is personalised, memorable and reflects the Cashies store experience; and
• Develop and coach team members: Provide guidance, feedback and support to build capability, confidence and performance across the team.

About You

• Results-driven, with demonstrated success achieving sales targets, driving store performance and managing key business metrics
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop and support a high-performing team;
• Passionate about retail, with an appreciation for premium products, service excellence and elevated store standards;
• A collaborative and influential communicator, capable of coaching others and creating a positive, high-performance culture; and
• Highly organised and operationally strong, with experience using rostering systems and managing competing priorities;
