As a Buys & Loans Operator, you'll assess and value a diverse range of items, provide tailored lending and purchasing solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

• Learn how to value items: Build knowledge across products by assessing condition, researching prices, and making informed decisions;
• More than just retail: Get involved in buying, lending and problem-solving-not just selling products;

• Have an interest in Technology, Gaming, Collectables, Jewellery or Tools and Hardware;
• Confident communicator, comfortable having open conversations with customers;
• You're a natural negotiator who can find common ground and turn tricky conversations into positive outcomes;
• You're curious and open to learning something new every day;
• Quick-thinking and adaptable, able to respond to different customer needs; and
• Trust-building mindset, treating every customer with respect and understanding.
