Job summary

Cash Converters is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant to join our Buys and retail teams in Strathpine, Queensland. You will engage with customers, assess items, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards and stock control.

You will explain product features across electronics, tools and lifestyle goods, perform accurate transactions at the point of sale, and contribute to an inviting shopping environment with strong customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in electronics and/or tools will be highly regarded.
• Ability to use initiative and think on your feet.
• The ability to relate to a diverse range of customers.
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail.
• Great team player.
• Retail sales will also be a part of the position.

Responsibilities
