Job summary

Job Description

Join e&s as a Store Manager and take full ownership of a high-performing showroom environment. You’ll lead a passionate team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience when designing their kitchen, bathroom or laundry.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll set the tone for culture, performance and customer experience. We’ll support you with strong training, systems and a collaborative leadership team, along with a competitive remuneration package and genuine career progression opportunities.

This role involves:

• Leading the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Developing, coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales and support team.
• Driving sales, service and operational excellence to achieve store targets.

• Overseeing inventory, order management, supplier coordination and showroom presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, showroom, sales, hospitality or a similar customer-driven environment.

• Ability to coach, develop and elevate team performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people, process and performance.
