Job summary

e&s, now part of the JB Hi-Fi Group, invites you to join our Fyshwick showroom sales team in Canberra. Deliver first-class service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions for every customer who walks through our doors.

You will consult with customers, guide them through the purchase journey, coordinate delivery and installation, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Embrace training, team collaboration, and a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine ability to connect with people and guide them through the purchase journey.
• Strong opportunity-identification skills and confidence in driving sales outcomes.
• Experience in customer-focused roles (retail, real estate, automotive, travel, etc.).
• Excellent self-management: prioritising, multi-tasking, adapting in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; proficient with computer systems.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Someone who genuinely connects with people and can guide them through their purchase journey.
• A natural ability to identify opportunities and confidently drive sales outcomes.
• Experience in a customer-focused role — retail, real estate, automotive, travel and similar backgrounds have all thrived here.
• Strong self-management skills — able to prioritise, multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.
