Job summary

Eckersley’s is seeking a Store Manager for our Gold Coast store in Queensland. The successful candidate will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail and retail management experience, strong customer service and leadership abilities. You’ll liaise with head office, manage rosters, onboarding, and support community and workshop activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail and retail management experience with a demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson.
• Strong customer service, management and communication skills.

Eckersley's group is seeking a Store Manager for our Gold Coast store. QLD

The successful applicant must possess sales experience and have a positive 'can-do' attitude. Experience in the art & craft industry would be preferred but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees.

This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.

Responsibilities
