Qualifications

• Retail and retail management experience (1–3 years)
• Ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
• Strong customer service, management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to meet sales goals
• Liaise with head office to ensure promotions run smoothly
• Rostering and assigning tasks to staff
• Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Develop, schedule, and promote in-store workshops
• Build partnerships with local artists, galleries and schools
• Assist with community events such as OWeek, Chirn Park Festival and Gold Coast Show
