Job summary

JAX Tyres & Auto Fairy Meadow is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead the team, grow the business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You'll supervise technicians and front-of-house staff, drive sales, manage budgets and inventory, and foster a customer-first culture while upholding safety and quality standards. Availability on Saturdays is requested, with ongoing training and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager in automotive/tyre retail leadership position.
• Strong mechanical and automotive knowledge.
• Qualified Mechanic with AIS Ticket and leadership skills.

What Will You Bring?

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and passionate about the automotive industry.

You’ll ideally have:

• 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager in automotive/tyre retail leadership position.
• Strong mechanical and automotive knowledge.
• Qualified Mechanic
• AIS Ticket
• A proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop teams.
• A genuine passion for sales, customer service and achieving results.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Confidence managing store operations, inventory, budgets and performance metrics.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
