Job summary

JAX Tyres & Auto Maitland is seeking a reliable, motivated junior tyre technician with full training provided. No previous experience required; perfect for someone who loves cars and hands-on work and wants to learn a trade.

You will work alongside experienced technicians in a busy workshop, learn tyre fitting, balancing and rotation, assist with inspections and maintenance, and provide friendly customer service while maintaining a safe, organised workplace. Saturdays availability is helpful.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – training will be provided
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Current driver’s licence – Green or Red P Plates welcome
• Availability to work Saturdays

Experienced or Not as full training will be provided! This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in cars, enjoys hands‑on work and wants to learn a new trade.
