Qualifications

What Will You Bring?

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and passionate about the automotive industry.

You’ll ideally have:

3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in automotive/tyre retail leadership position.

Strong mechanical and automotive knowledge.

A qualified Mechanic background is highly regarded.

A proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop teams.

A genuine passion for sales, customer service and achieving results.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Confidence managing store operations, inventory, budgets and performance metrics.

Availability to work Saturdays.
