Job summary

Storage King is seeking a Store Manager for our Oakleigh store in Melbourne's south-east. This full-time role involves leading daily store operations, sales, service and administration while maintaining excellent customer service and safety standards.

You will work with a leadership team to drive results, manage a busy store environment, and grow personal and team capabilities through the company's training and progression programs.

• Prior management or supervisor experience in a retail, sales or hospitality environment desirable.

Responsibilities

The Role:

To help in our mission to continue being the best in what we do, Storage King is currently seeking an individual to become a Store Manager in a full-time role to join our team based in Oakleigh.

Store Managers are key to the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the leadership team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

Our Storage Managers are involved with several aspects of our operation including, customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for personal growth across each of these areas.

Working hours:

Full time - Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week

Some weekend flexibility will be required for this role.

We are open:

• Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm
• Saturday 8am - 4.30pm
• Sunday 10am - 4pm
