Stylerunner Burnside is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, coach, drive results and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will run daily operations, create an inclusive, on-brand culture, and work closely with the Area Manager to grow performance.

The role requires 1+ year in retail management, a confident leadership style, passion for fashion and wellness, a proven sales/KPI record, roster/stock/shrinkage controls, and a proactive Make it Happen mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Confident, driven and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
• Proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• Make it Happen mindset — strategic, proactive and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday roster.

About the Role:
