Accent Group NZ Ltd is seeking a Store Manager for Stylerunner Armadale, a fashion-forward destination in Victoria.

You will lead a team, drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Availability Tuesday–Saturday, strong leadership and stock control are essential; join a premium brand and contribute to growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience
• Confident, driven leadership style
• Passion for fashion and Stylerunner aesthetic
• Proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
• Make it Happen mindset — strategic, proactive, solutions-focused
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front — coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back. You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.
