Stylerunner Pacific Fair is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales and deliver unforgettable in-store experiences. You will partner with the Area Manager to grow the business, coach staff, optimise operations, and maintain the premium Stylerunner brand standard across the store.

You’ll manage rosters, stock, and customer service while keeping everything on-brand, inclusive, and safe. Join a culture that champions women and premium activewear.

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Confident, driven, inspiring leadership style.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.

• Strong operational, VM and customer service skills.

We’re looking for an inspiring, fashion-forward Store Manager to lead the team at the Stylerunner Pacific Fair!

About The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that’s inclusive, energetic, and always on brand.

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
• A "Make it Happen" mindset - strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
• Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday roster
