Stylerunner is seeking a Store Manager for our Armadale store in Melbourne. You will lead from the front, coaching your team to deliver premium in-store experiences and standout sales performance.

You’ll partner with the Area Manager to grow the business, develop the team, and elevate performance while maintaining an inclusive, on-brand store environment. This role suits fashion-forward leaders with a passion for empowering customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management
• Confident, driven leadership style
• Proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster

About the Role:

• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
• A “Make it Happen” mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster
