Job summary

Wok in a Box is seeking a Management professional to lead store teams, oversee operations, and ensure high-quality service. You will coach staff, manage day-to-day performance, and focus on food safety and WHS compliance while driving sales and profitability.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, teamwork, and a passion for creating great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams with recruiting, training and coaching.
• Proven ability to manage store operations and drive sales.
• Commitment to food safety and WHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to all team members with ongoing recruiting, training, coaching and support.
• Successfully manage the operational performance of the store.
• Consistently produce quality product and deliver excellent customer service.
• Take responsibility for ensuring food safety and WHS guidelines are adhered to.
