Best- is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our xxx store across the Queensland region. You will shape customer experiences, drive daily operations, and coach teams for growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

With 2+ years of management in high-volume retail, you will manage rostering, stock flow, and floor standards while delivering exceptional service to our customers and community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences in stores with energy and service focus.
• Lead with pace and clarity, manage stock flow and customer volume, stay focused on priorities under pressure.
• Give clear instructions and set expectations to keep the team aligned.
• Run daily operations with rostering, quick decision-making, and bottleneck-free processes.
• Maintain stock and floor standards by clearing deliveries and getting product to the floor quickly.
• Coach and develop teams to lift capability and performance for growth.
• Adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and engage Besties to deliver outstanding service.
