Job summary

OTR is seeking a Manager & Cook/Crew for Wok in a Box to lead an in-store team, recruit, train and coach staff, and drive daily operations. You’ll oversee cooking, service quality and ensure food safety and WHS compliance.

You’ll work to deliver excellent customer service, manage profitability, and foster a positive team environment in our food-outlet setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting, training, coaching and supporting teams.
