Job summary

COS, part of the H&M Group, is seeking a Store Manager in New South Wales. You will own store performance, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

You'll balance front-of-house energy with back-end efficiency, manage recruitment and onboarding, and coach managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to meet high standards and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Driving exceptional customer service by guiding the store team to deliver personalized styling advice, expert product knowledge, and a memorable in-store experience.
• Interpreting sales data to drive performance and taking ownership of the store's commercial success.
• Inspiring and leading a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to exceed service and operational standards.
• Managing recruitment processes and ensuring effective onboarding and training for all new team members.
• Identifying high-potential individuals and creating tailored development plans to support their career growth.
• Managing all aspects of store operations—including compliance and visual merchandising—to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards.
