Job summary

COS, part of the H&M Group, is seeking a Store Manager in New South Wales. You will own store performance, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

You'll balance front-of-house energy with back-end efficiency, manage recruitment and onboarding, and coach managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to meet high standards and profitability.
