• Customer-focused and able to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced store.
• Experience in coaching and giving constructive feedback to staff.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service through expert styling advice and store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and development plans for the team.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to maintain leadership continuity.
