Job summary

Australian Red Cross is seeking a Store Assistant for the Penrith store in New South Wales. This casual role requires flexible availability, including weekends, to support the day-to-day running of the store and assist with donations.

You will welcome customers, help lead volunteers, and maintain visual merchandising standards while delivering excellent service in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, customer-focused approach with genuine helping attitude.
• Knowledge of WHS guidelines and hazards.
