Job summary

Australian Red Cross is seeking a Store Manager for a permanent role (38 hours/week) based in Malvern, SA. You will lead a community-focused store, drive revenue, champion customer experience, and oversee donations flow and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive revenue and meet financial targets.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and motivating staff and volunteers.
• Ability to build cooperative, respectful and diverse team environments.
• Confidence managing stock flow, merchandising, and store administration.
• Commitment to delivering high quality service.
• Ability to maintain appealing, on-brand store presentation.
• Understanding of brands, styles, and customer preferences.
• A proactive, solutions focused approach to challenges.
• Understanding of WHS, policy adherence and loss prevention obligations.
