Australian Red Cross is seeking a Store Manager for a permanent role (38 hours/week) based in Malvern, SA. You will lead a community-focused store, drive revenue, champion customer experience, and oversee donations flow and merchandising.

As a Store Manager with Australian Red Cross, you’ll lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of a community-focused retail store. Your work centres on driving sales performance, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring the store is a welcoming, well-run environment. With support from the Area Manager, you’ll analyse sales trends, shape local business strategies, and champion Red Cross values through exceptional service and community engagement.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in building, coaching and inspiring a diverse team of staff and volunteers. From fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture to ensuring operational excellence across merchandising, donation flow, compliance and workforce development, you’ll create a space where people feel supported, customers feel valued, and the shop thrives as a positive presence in the local community.
