Visy Group is seeking a Maintenance Storeperson & Planner for our O’Connor site in WA. You will lead planning, manage stores and spare parts, and use SAP/MEX to enhance performance and reliability across the plant.

Key responsibilities include driving lean processes, cost control, and collaboration with operations to reduce breakdowns. The role supports Visy’s commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning or stores within manufacturing.
• Exposure to SAP and maintenance systems (e.g. MEX).
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Confident communicator who can work across teams.

Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Storeperson & Planner to join our Fibre Packaging team at our O’Connor site in WA, reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager.

This role is critical in ensuring maintenance activities are effectively planned, supported and executed through strong inventory management and system utilisation.

You will play a key role in improving site reliability by ensuring parts availability, driving preventative maintenance planning and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
