Wilson Storage in Melbourne is expanding and seeks motivated Facility Support Officers across Melbourne CBD and Inner Melbourne. In this hands-on role you will blend customer service, sales support, and administration to keep facilities welcoming and well-presented.

You will handle customer enquiries, bookings, and daily operations, contribute to performance targets, and build strong relationships with customers and local businesses while ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
